Terms & Conditions

• Minimum Order: A minimum order of $200 applies to all holiday catering orders.

• Service Fee: A 10% service fee will be applied to all catering orders.

• Pickup: Orders are available for pickup from either our Yorkville or Union Station locations.

• Delivery: Delivery is available for an additional fee, based on the delivery distance.

• Order Deadline: All holiday catering orders must be placed by end of day September 6.

• Payment: Orders must be paid in full in order to be confirmed.

• Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order. We will confirm what options or modifications may be available.

• Cancellations Policy: Cancellations must be received at least 3 days prior to the fulfillment date. For orders containing Brisket or Fish, cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior. Cancellations received after these deadlines will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
